Chile meets Donostia at El Bombín

Reyes Católicos shines again after a while being overshadowed by the hipsterhood of Gros. But this pedestrian area full of terraces is still a good idea to spend a good time drinking or eating something in a quieter ambiance, far from the masses.

As the bar is run by people from Valparaíso, you can add to your drink some typical Chilean food. Pisco is always available but piscosour only under request. Fridays and Saturdays offers theme Nikkei dinners -Japanese with Peruvian influences- so, fun is guaranteed.

Easy recipes but tasty, made with lot of care and, something hard to find in our city, served with a smile, that luxury item 😉
